Mamta Sharma, chairperson of the National Commission for Women, feels that girls shouldn't be offended once they are called "sexy" by guys, but model-actress Sophie Chaudhary says Indian men should first discover ways to compliment a woman.
"I do not believe there's anything wrong. But there's a way of claiming everything and that's the reason something, unfortunately, our Indian men want to learn," she said while attending the Lavasa Women's drive initiative rally.
"There is how to check with a girl, complimenting a lady. So, even though they say you're looking sexy, it is going to not be sleazy, it's going to not be tacky. If it's said genuinely and nicely, then it's definitely a compliment," the 31-year-old added.
