Don`t try to become like me or Deepika: Anushka SharmaActress Anushka Sharma, who's popular a few of the youth for her perfect figure, suggests to young girls to not follow any body-type blindly. She feels that they need to you ought to be fit and follow their instructor.

"Fitness has become such large a part of our lives. There are gyms at every nook and corner. There are such wonderful trainers. It's important to get the best assistant and follow what's best for you. Don't attempt to become like me or Deepika (Padukone) or Priyanka (Chopra)," she said.

"Eating less is stupid. In case you are eating every two hours, you might be increasing your metabolic rate so that you will digest things faster. Eat healthy and eat every two hours," she added.

As a celeb she feels she should set the correct example.

"Not really my responsibility, but up to I can, I WILL BE ABLE TO you have to be responsible that whatever I do sets the suitable example in front of young girls," the 23-year-old told reporters Thursday while unveiling the Inaugural cover of India Today Women Health Magazine.

Anushka warns youngsters against blindly following someone else's body type.

"You must be very comfortable how you are. In case you are ok with what you are, let the sector visit hell. They don't seem to be going to feed you or reduce in your food intake. In case you are pleased with how you look it's completely okay.

"Yes, fitness is essential because while you get older you should have problems, you won't have the ability to be that active. Blindly seeking to become somebody's body type is solely stupidity," she said.

She also says that she is of course lean.

"There are all more or less body types. Some are obsessed to lose weight, but some are naturally thin and it isn't easy for them to position on weight. I'M naturally lean," she said adding that she eats constantly.

"I get hungry very often. I MUST eat constantly every two hours. Within the night, I HAVEN'T GOT to visit the kitchen as food is usually next to me. Though it is not a healthy thing, but sometimes it's OK," Anushka said.
