Actress Karisma Kapoor, who had taken a break from films after marriage, says it's good to work provided you place your priorities
right.
"I have taken a large number of break within the middle, which I TRULY enjoyed. Caring for kids and family was crucial to me. In order to always be my first priority," said Karisma who's returning to movies after nine years.
"Now my daughter is older and he or she has started going to school, so I AM GETTING time. In case you work sparsely and prioritize, you could work and be active," the 37-year-old told reporters here on the launch of McDonalds Spongebob Happy Meal.
Karisma quit showbiz after marrying Delhi-based businessman Sanjay Kapur in 2003. They've two children - daughter Samaira and son Kiaan. Now she is making a return with Vikram Bhatt's 3D film "Dangerous Ishq".
Meanwhile, relating to younger sister Kareena's comment that their grandfather Raj Kapoor was biased towards her, Karisma said: "I FEEL she means it in a pleasant way. I USED TO BE the primary grandchild after which I had my grandfather's eyes.
"I think there has been a little bit gap after which Kareena, Ranbir and Riddhima came in quick succession. So, I USED TO BE the special one for a while."
Karisma can be seen as a supermodel in "Dangerous Ishq", which also features model-turned-actor Rajneesh Duggal within the male lead. It's slated for a May release. Dangerous Ishq' trailer comes with 'Titanic 3D'
Director-producer Vikram Bhatt's next film "Dangerous Ishq" that is in 3D, could have its theatrical trailer released with "Titanic 3D" Thursday.
"The trailer of 'Dangerous Ishq' is coming with 'Titanic 3D' from tomorrow. The Hindi version is coming with 'Housefull 2' but that may be 2D. We'd like a 3D film for a 3D version in any other case only for a trailer nobody goes to provide you 3D glasses," Vikram Bhatt told.
However, the director appears to be quite confident together with his film and claims that if you happen to work majorly on 3D, then it's going to work.
Vikram said, "It (3D) has worked for me. When you've got done the most important part 3D and never converted it, then it is going to work. It relies on your work."
He further added, "After a point, it is the story that matters. A 3D film is a3D but lots of them have a setup box nowadays as well."
Directed by Vikram Bhatt, the film marks the comeback of Karishma Kapoor and likewise features Rajneesh Duggal and Divya Dutta.
