The very pretty and promising Angela Johnson appears to be within the news for the entire wrong reasons. First there has been all those link-up stories with Ranbir Kapoor that have been stoutly denied by the Kapoor camp.
Then came reports—not unfounded—that Salman Khan had taken Angela under his wings and that she were signed for an exclusive 3-film take care of Sohail Khan Productions. The truth that she had, was confirmed by Sohail to this writer.
But now comes reports that Salman is “pissed off” because Angela is “seeing” Tiger Shroff.
There is one problem with this obviously-planted mischievous report.
Forget seeing her, Tiger has literally never seen Ms Johnson.
Says the obviously-baffled and really shy Shroff, “I’ve never this lady in my life. I don’t know where these reports come from, and what they mean. I’m just wondering why my name is on the market. I'M no star-kid. Only a kid working hard, minding my very own business. ”
A little further probing reveals that the one connectivity between Master Shroff and Baby Johnson is a movie that was being planned by Aamir Khan Production as Jackie and Ayesha’s son launch pad. It was felt Angela fitted the bill. ”
But after the new inane reports the prospective screen jodi was hastily nipped within the bud.
Ayesha Shroff isn't amused by recent attempts to link their son Tiger with Angela Johnson.
Says the concerned mother, “My son hasn't ever met Angela. So it’s anyone’s guess where these rumours are coming from.
We plan to take very serious action against any attempts to sabotage Tiger’s career even before it’s taken off. He’s one of these hard-working boy, never seeks any attention from anyone. Please, I request everyone to depart him alone. ”
Ayesha admits Angela was regarded as a possible co-star for her son. “There aren't any girls around whom we will see as co-stars for Tiger. At some point I saw Angela’s picture.
She’s pretty and that i thought she’d make a compatible pair wth him. But then we heard she was under contract with Salman. And we quickly dropped the theory. ”
Though Salman was not available for comment someone very with regards to him poohpoohed reports of him acting over-protective about Angela.
“Do you actually think Bhai cares about what she does or doesn’t do? He treats her like a child. He has hardly exchanged anything greater than an absent-minded smile and a hello together with her. We wonder where these stories are coming from!”
We wonder too!
A word of recommendation for nubile newbies who make a wanna-beeline for Bollywood. Getting mentioned through talked-about actors may get a couple of headlines. But they don’t amount to any headway within the entertainment industry.
