Akshay`s plate gets too full?The actor has a crammed date diary till March next year, with six upcoming films

At a time when most actors are limiting themselves to a movie or two annually, Akshay Kumar has half a dozen films lined up till the following year. Akki's next 365 DAYS are marked by jam-packed schedules for not just his shoots but in addition promotional activities.

Akshay, who's currently shooting for Neeraj Pandey's jewellery heist film in Mumbai suburbs, has recently finalised the dates for A Murugadoss's second Hindi venture after Ghajini. Interestingly, the South director is presently wrapping up the Vijay-Kajal Agarwal Tamil film, which he's remaking with Akshay later this October, and completing by next February.

Good pairing

It is learnt that Hrithik Roshan and Shah Rukh Khan had evinced an interest within the Hindi remake of the director's Tamil movie. "However, Murugadoss is making another film with Shah Rukh.

Besides, he's insistent that he'll remake this film in Hindi only with Akshay and no person else," says our source, adding that during all probability, Katrina Kaif could be signed on for the action romance that includes Kumar within the role of an encounter specialist.

"Akshay and Katrina make an even pair and feature delivered lots of hits. And Tees Maar Khan registered superb collections within the opening three days," points our source.

Talking of the actor's packed date diary, he'll start shooting for his co-production with Himesh Reshammiya and Sunil Lulla in April-May, after wrapping up Neeraj Pandey's heist thriller.

"Besides, within the coming weeks, Akshay can also be promoting his upcoming comedy helmed by Sajid Khan. And while he's shooting for the co-production with Himesh, he's also committed to begin Milan Luthria's sequel to his gangster film for Ekta Kapoor in June, after the discharge of the Prabhudeva-directed action romance," reveals the actor's friend.

A small break in between

If that isn't all, Kumar may be flying off abroad for a month, timed together with his son's school vacation. "Aarav's holidays are in July. So Akshay's going abroad together with his family for a month. And in that time, he prefers to be disconnected from all things professional.

And after his return, he'll wrap up Milan's gangster film, before staring Murugadoss's second Hindi film in October," sums up our informer. Of course, the actor may also be promoting his co-production with Himesh, which is scheduled to release this Diwali.
