Anurag Kashyap buys his first car
Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has bought a car for himself for the primary time.

"So got my first vehicle that I PURCHASED myself, a Mahindra XUV, super and ONE HUNDRED PC Indian. Proud, " Kashyap tweeted.

The filmmaker, who's known for making critically acclaimed movies like "Dev D", "Gulaal" and "Udaan", reveals it took him nearly two decades to shop for his own vehicle.

"It has taken TWO DECADES so as to buy my first vehicle, needed to be an Indian brand, " he posted.

Meanwhile, Kashyap is asking forward to the discharge of his new film "Gangs of Wasseypur", that is concerning the coal and scrap trade mafia in Wasseypur in Jharkhand. The film releases June 22.

It features an ensemble cast including Jaideep Ahlawat, Manoj Bajpai, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Richa Chadda.

"Gangs of Wasseypur" was screened on the 2012 Directors' Fortnight, an independently-curated, non-competitive event on the 65th Cannes International Film Festival.

The trailer of "Gangs of Wasseypur 2" will also be only seen after the credits of the primary part rolls out in threaters.

"So whilst you go and notice 'Gangs of Wasseypur' in theatres, stay till the tip credits roll and you'll see an excessively long trailer of part 2. And that's the only place you will see that the part 2 trailer, " director-producer Anurag Kashyap tweeted.

A crime film, the solid includes Jaideep Ahlawat, Manoj Bajpai, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Richa Chadda within the lead roles.

The film releases June 22.
