"First of all, my stage fear has completely vanished after 'Jhalak....' and i'm a lot more confident person now, " Sushil, who rose to fame after winning the jackpot prize of Rs.5 crore at the fifth season of "Kaun Banega Crorepati", last year, told IANS over phone from Mumbai.
"Secondly, I hadn't ever thought that I MIGHT be capable of meet well-known celebrities like Madhuri Dixit, Karan Johar and Remo D'Souza. I consider myself lucky that I USED TO BE capable of perform in front of them and have interaction with them, " he added.
Asked if given a chance, would he love to be part of every other reality shows in future, he said: "I DO NOT know what the long run holds for me, but I'M definitely not dancing anymore."
Dance was obviously not a cake walk for Sushil, who has two left feet. But he managed to compare steps along with his choreographer Alisha in salsa, freestyle and Bollywood dances forms.
"I didn't know the way to bounce before this show happened. In the course of the rehearsals, I used to jot down the stairs on paper and learn them. There were steps where I needed to kneel down or jump, something which was very difficult for me, " said Sushil, who's a pc operator by profession.
Sushil used to cover away whenever he was asked to shake a leg at family weddings and functions, however the 27-year-old is delighted he wouldn't be doing that anymore.
Fondly called 'antarmukhi' (introvert) by Madhuri at the show, Sushil says that when seeing him, "a lot of my friends are actually inspired to learn dance."
He says that his tryst with glitz and glamour looks like a dream.
"All the glitz and glamour looks like an imagination. I used to think how this side of the arena can be and albeit it's really very different. I'VE enjoyed every moment. The celebs I'VE met are so humble. Madhuriji, Karanji and Remo sir was once such a lot fun on sets, " he said.
