The star's 'good friend' Rana Dagubatti has apparently been bonding big time with Sanjay Dutt.
South import Rana Dagubatti can have been linked with Bipasha Basu after Dum Maaro Dum, however the actor now has a brand new friendship to discuss in Bollywood.
Rana, who was shooting for Ram Gopal Varma's Department, was bonding big time with co-star Sanjay Dutt. What got them talking was the topic of workouts and hitting the gym.
Says a source, "Rana have been figuring out for his role of a tricky police officer in Ramu's flick. Impressed along with his dedication, Sanjay Dutt has opened the doors of his private gym at home for Rana.
Whenever time permits, Rana goes and works out at Dutt's place. In fact, the star may be offering him tips about bulking up.
Adds the source, "Rana considers Sanjay Dutt his new mentor. He's happy to spend time with him and know about Bollywood."
Dutt's spokersperson confirms, "Whenever Rana is in Mumbai, he does figure out at Sanjay Dutt's gym."
