No more surgery, Big B fineAmitabh Bachchan has shown signs of improvement, and doctors on the Seven Hills Hospital Friday decided against another surgery at the megastar.

"The surgery was presupposed to happen but after the check up, doctors decided there's no need of any surgery. He's doing fine," a source told IANS.

Following two abdominal surgeries Saturday, the 69-year-old veteran complained of pain, because of which his stay within the hospital was extended.

On Thursday night, Big B blogged that more doctors were called for consultation over his condition and that an incision at the neck was made -- indicating serious health concerns. But all seems under control now.

Amitabh has chosen to maintain his medical condition private, and his members of the family in addition to the hospital authorities has been asked to stay tigh-tlipped about it.

"I refrain from giving greater details of my condition... within the west patient has the best not to disclose - even to family!! I realise anxious members of EF and TwFmXt want to know...whenever there's some important procedure, will inform," Big B had tweeted Thursday.

So far there's no new update from the actor, whose recurring abdominal condition is because of the an injury at the sets of "Coolie" 30 years ago.
