Tusshar files a case against Samir Karnik
The actor takes the filmmaker to court after a cheque in his name fails to clear

Tusshar Kapoor is very upset with filmmaker Samir Karnik with whom he worked in Char Din Ki Chandni.

Earlier Tusshar had filed a case against Karnik for non-payment of Rs 1.75 crore which he had given him as a loan to advertise his film. Now apparently Tusshar's cheque of the part payment of his remuneration has also bounced.

Zameer Nathani, legal advisor for Tusshar Kapoor says, `Yes, his cheque of R 36 lakh after the TDS was cut from Rs 40 lakh has bounced.

The cheque was dated for July 30, and it was part payment of an agreed amount between the 2. However, the cheque bounced with a letter stating `insufficient funds`.

Now we're filing a police complaint and a legal case about cheating and breach of trust. It is going to be filed under Section 138 and now we have also filed a complaint on the Cine Artistes Association and the problem goes on.` Samir Karnik didn't respond to our SMS.
