After directing "Ishaqzaade" for Yash Raj Films, Habib Faisal is doing two more films with the production house and says he's comfortable working with Aditya Chopra.
"I might be doing two more films with YRF. I'VE really easy and snug relationship with Aditya Chopra. I AM GETTING all of the freedom to write down the way in which I want, to make the way in which I WOULD LIKE. Ao why would I lose that comfort," Habib, whose second directorial "Ishaqzaade" starring Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra is releasing Friday, told.
Critics appreciated "Do Dooni Chaar", audiences loved the tale and performances by Neetu and Rishi Kapoor and it also won a countrywide award. But Habib says his directorial debut suffered on account of loss of marketing.
"A film is a product you create any unless you do not put it on the market then how will people gets to understand. Yes, 'Do Dooni Chaar' suffered from marketing. I made it like a chief stream film. My idea is often to entertain the audience but slot in some thoughts because audience is yearning for some value system," he said.
"But the key is people have to be entertained because they put their hard-earned money to get entertained," he added.
The 2010 release is telecast at the small screen almost a week and it makes Habib happy.
"I am glad that each second week 'Do Dooni Chaar' is being telecast. The channel, which has bought the rights, have found some reason to play it again. They will not just plug in anything and kill their air time," Habib said.
