Karan who was born on May 25, 1972 turned 40 while Khemu, who was born on May 25, 1983 turned 29.
Interestingly, Karan Johar who's one of the crucial successful directors today entered the film industry as an actor in Aditya Chopra's Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.
And as a director, he made his debut with the box-office hit rom com movie “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” which won him a Filmfare Award For Best Director and Filmfare Best Screenplay Award.
