Hrithik in Dilemma: Superhero film or Rs 1.75 crore per episode TV show?
When Hrithik Roshan made his television debut last year, the dance show he featured on registered a number of the highest TRPs.
Now, the actor was approached for a second season of the show. However, the actor is yet to choose it, despite being offered extra money. Reason: He’s focusing all his attention on his upcoming superhero film.
A source as regards to Roshan tells us that the channel is raring to retain the star judge for the brand new season, slated to begin sometime in the first half 2013. Our informer adds that the cost being offered to the star may be higher than before.
Apparently the actor, who was paid about Rs 1.75 crore per episode the primary time, is being offered over Rs 2 crore this time. However, he hasn’t selected it yet. “Hrithik may be the associate director in this film.
So even if he’s not facing the camera, he’s busy handling other directorial responsibilities, ” explains our source, maintaining that it continues to be seen how the actor will juggle his schedule next year.
As he elaborates, “If he’s doing the show, then he’ll must manage between the post-production of his film and judging for the show. Maybe later this year, he’ll be in a calm mind-set to think it over.”
