`Satyamev Jayate` inspires a British talk show host
Tim Sebastian is in India to conduct research for his issue-based show on Indian television

It looks as if Aamir Khan’s TV show was creating the correct ripples. We hear that Tim Sebastian, the person behind BBC’s famous show Hard Talk, has moved to India to begin an issue-based television programme, specializing in socio-political problems within the country.

The award-winning journalist’s 13-episode show titled The Outsider is scheduled to head on air in October this year. Presently, it's being said, he's conducting research for his show.

On being asked why he chose India as his point of focus, Sebastian states, “Why not India? It's a number of the youngest countries on the planet. It has an important amount of demographic figures, such a lot of languages, such a lot of cultures and such a lot of people.”

Quiz him if he has seen actor Aamir Khan’s TV show that still deals with an identical concept, Sebastian admits he hasn't ever seen it.

He says, “I have passed through a couple of similar shows in India but not Aamir’s. I'VE BEEN told that our shows are very different. His is a talk show, while mine involves a debate that I'LL BE moderating.”
