Imran Zahid excited but nervous about `Jism 2` with Sunny LeoneImran Zahid, who was to play the title role in Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt's "Chandu", says his dream is finally coming true as he is making his debut of their "Jism 2".

"I play a narcotics detective in 'Jism 2'. I'M waiting for starting work on it. There's excitement and nervousness," Imran told.

"Jism 2" is being produced by Bhatts' Vishesh Films and likewise features Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone.

"As a youngster, I watched (Mahesh) Bhatt saab's films. I'M a small town boy. I'M from Bokaro. For me, it is a big thing to work with someone like him and Pooja (Bhatt), whose 'Dil Hai Ki Maanta Nahin' I watched as a youngster.

"Bhatt saab is sort of a godfather, and i'm really waiting for 'Jism 2'," he added.

Imran was first roped in by the Bhatts for "Chandu", a biopic on slain Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) student activist Chandrashekhar Prasad. However it was placed on the backburner.

He was also considered for "Jannat 2", and eventually Imran will make his debut with "Jism 2".

The verdict has given a closure to the film's script, says Imran.

"We will start the film soon. We have now a closure now, so the specified changes may be made within the script. When and where we can shoot for the movie will all be planned by Bhatt saab in a couple of days perhaps," he said.

Imran, a former Delhi University student, has already researched well for the lead role in "Chandu".

"I went to Siwan (in Bihar), and met lots of people who were with reference to him. People gave us several insights into his life, and apparently he was very keen on movies as well.

"It is wonderful to grasp a couple of man who came from a small town and took up a fight against corruption, knowing that he may well be killed," said Imran, who runs his own journalism and mass communication institute Take One within the capital.

For now, he'll get busy with the shoot of "Jism 2", to be able to begin April 1.
