The calendar girl who was set for her Bollywood debut opposite Khan, has featured in a cola commercial opposite Mahesh Babu
Not all newcomers in Bollywood have the privilege of being discussed at length even before their actual debut. Unless of course, she or he happens to be a celeb kid.
However, calendar girl Angela Johnson, who was linked up with Ranbir Kapoor last year, has already generated much curiosity around her.
Now buzz is that Salman Khan who's said to be launching the leggy lass in his home-production next year, is outwardly miffed that South star Mahesh Babu has managed to attain sooner than him -- by doing a cola commercial together.
Even before pre-production work on her big screen debut has started, this part-Indian, part-Icelander model has featured within the ad, pulling off some really expert stunts in conjunction with Mahesh and model Sahil Shroff.
And Salman naturally isn't too impressed. As our industry source explains, "A launch with Salman Khan is a huge thing for any newcomer. In order that would naturally be incorporated within the marketing and promotion of the film.
That's why doing an ad with Mahesh Babu isn't the same as doing a movie with Sallu, never mind if it is a pan-India commercial."
Needless to say, Salman's apprehensions aren't misplaced. Apparently he doesn't want Angela to be within the news for anything that might are available the way in which of her debut. Recently, it was reported that the actor had told her off when he had heard about her bonding with Tiger Shroff.
