Kaminey actor Shahid Kapoor filed a non-cognisable complaint against a girl who was harassing him for the last six months on the Versova police station on Saturday
Vastavikta Pandit, daughter of late actor Kulbhushan Pandit, apparently shifted residence to Versova to be towards the actor and was monitoring his every move.
The actor tried to disregard her initially but as her actions persisted, he decided to take police action.
Senior Police Inspector Nandkumar Mehtar, Versova police station, said, “The woman is in her mid 30s and was approaching Kapoor at odd hours, claiming to be his wife.
She even dodges security guards to ring his doorbell within the wee hours of morning. Whenever Kapoor gets out of his house, she follows him and often even stops his car in the midst of the road.”
